Ingolf Ellssel – Rev. Ingolf Ellssel hails from southern Germany and has been pastor of the Christus Centrum fellowship in Tostedt since 1979. He has served as Superintendent of the Pentecostal Movement in Europe since 2001. In these roles, Ingolf oversees as vast and grouping network of thousands of churches and millions of evangelical Christians all across the continent of Europe. Ellssel also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem. He is married and has five children.
Khoo Oon Theam – Khoo Oon Theam is currently the National President of FGB Gatekeepers Singapore, and Chairman of FGB –BMF Asian Council. In 2008, Elder Khoo was recognized by the churches in Singapore as one of the Founding Fathers of the Christian movement in Singapore. A pioneer of Organization Development in Singapore, he founded and directed the Center for Applied Behavioral Science. For some years, he taught Organization Behavior at the business School and Group Work at the Psychology/Social Studies Department, University of Singapore. He also served as Principal Consultant and Director of PA Consultants Intl. (Singapore), Executive Director of Metro YMCA Singapore and Group Psychotherapist at the Madden Zone Centre, USD. He is a Fellow of Certified Management Consultants and received the Leader-Mentor Award at the Global Leadership and Mentoring Congress in 2003.
